Cookie Policy

What we use
Strictly necessary storage delivers, secures and caches the website and processes a contact form you choose to send.
With your Statistics consent, Google Analytics 4 and PostHog may measure use of the website. We do not supply form contents, dental information, message text or uploaded files to these services.
Google Analytics 4 may set _ga and _ga_* cookies containing pseudonymous browser and session identifiers. The service commonly retains these identifiers for up to two years, although browser or service settings may shorten that period. The adapter supplies neutral page context and disables automatic page views and Google Signals. Google may also process ordinary device, browser, network, session and engagement context. GA4 cannot be prepared for activation until Enhanced Measurement and other property-side collection settings have been reviewed for this site.
PostHog uses memory-only persistence in this implementation. Persistent PostHog cookies and local storage, autocapture, person profiles, replay, surveys, heatmaps and performance capture are disabled.
Your choice
Optional measurement stays off until you choose it in the consent panel. Allow all and Reject all provide equal access to the website and enquiry form. You can reopen the panel with Cookie settings in the footer and withdraw or change your choice at any time.
Advertising
With your Marketing consent, Meta and Microsoft Advertising may receive reviewed page-view, contact-button or successful-enquiry outcomes. The adapter does not supply enquiry contents, form fields, dental information or uploaded files. Google ad user data and ad personalisation remain denied. Provider scripts may receive ordinary browser and network context under their own privacy terms.
Third party links
External links, including WhatsApp and independent information sources, take you to another service. That service may use cookies under its own policy once you visit it.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Denying optional measurement does not prevent access to website information or the enquiry form.
