Editorial and evidence policy
This policy explains how EU Dental Tourism sources, checks, dates, corrects and limits public information about dental treatment, prices, travel and our commercial role.

Scope and responsibility
EU Dental Tourism is a referral and coordination service, not a dental clinic. Website information is prepared for general education and journey planning. It is not a diagnosis or a substitute for an examination, informed consent or advice from the treating dentist.
Source order
For health and professional-regulation topics, we prefer primary and public sources such as UK regulators, NHS organisations, Romanian professional bodies, government travel guidance, the European Commission and product manufacturers for their own documented specifications. Commercial directories, search results and competitor pages may identify questions or public price examples, but they do not prove the services or clinical quality of any clinic used for an enquiry.
Clinical review status
The website does not currently name a qualified medical reviewer. We do not display a reviewer, clinical-review date or reviewedBy schema until a real professional has accepted responsibility for a defined page and their credentials can be verified. Until then, pages link to independent sources and reserve patient-specific decisions for the treating dentist.
Prices and comparisons
A price is published only when its source, treatment components and check date are recorded. Implant figures must state whether the fixture, abutment and crown are included. Currency conversions identify the rate source and rounding method. A preliminary estimate is not presented as a final price, and UK comparisons are not used unless inclusions are genuinely like for like.
Clinic, clinician and outcome claims
Names, registrations, qualifications, equipment, materials, years of experience, patient numbers, testimonials, success rates, guarantees and treatment outcomes require evidence that applies to the exact provider and wording used. Claims are narrowed or removed when that evidence is not available for publication.
Commercial disclosure
EU Dental Tourism may receive a referral fee if a patient we introduce chooses treatment. Editorial pages must still distinguish our coordination role from the clinic's clinical and contractual responsibility. Paid links, if introduced, will be identified and marked appropriately.
Updates and dates
A page date changes only after a substantive check or edit. Travel schedules, fares, prices, exchange rates, regulations and provider details are treated as time-sensitive. A visible information-check date means the cited sources and wording were reviewed; it does not mean the page received clinical review.
Source standard
Public claims must be traceable to a named source, an approved business record or a clearly labelled limitation.
Corrections
If you find an error, email contact@eudentaltourism.co.uk with the page address, disputed wording and any supporting source. Material errors are corrected or removed, then the information-check date is updated.
